Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT):
Vibroacoustic therapy using tuning forks is included in all 45 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute massages, unless you indicate that you would like to forego it. Click here to learn more about vibroacoustic therapy.
Biopuncture / Homeopathic Injections:
If you are struggling with musculoskeletal inflammation, injury or pain due to tension, arthritis or tendinitis you may request to receive injections containing homeopathic remedies (e.g. Traumeel). Homeopathic injections can be administered (optionally) at the beginning of your 45 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute massage, or can be administered as part of a homeopathic consultation. The cost of these injections will be added to the cost of your massage or consultation.
When is massage and reflexology available:
All massages and reflexology sessions are by appointment only. No walk-ins.
Monday to Friday slots for aromatherapy massage and reflexology start from 7.00am and are available throughout the day, with the last slot starting at 5pm. However, only 60 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute sessions are available at 7.00am and at 5pm Monday to Friday, therefore excluding 30 minute and 45 minute sessions for these time slots. Clients are welcome to book 30 minute and 45 minute aromatherapy massages between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. The same applies to all other massage and reflexology options (in other words you can book any length of massage or reflexology between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday).
There are limited slots available for aromatherapy massage and reflexology on Saturday mornings, starting from 9.30am. Only 60 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute sessions are available on Saturday mornings. All Saturday morning sessions are by appointment only (no walk-ins) and bookings for these must be made by 5.00pm on the Friday before the session.

Aromatherapy massage combines the relaxing, tension relieving effects of massage with the subtle, alluring scents of essential oils. Each person receives an individualised blend of essential oils based on brief questioning before the massage starts. Foot reflexology is a form of massage based on the premise that pressure points in the feet are connected to other specific body parts, including organs. When pressure is applied to these points, the health of the area of the body that corresponds to each point is affected.
